Fire Starter Safety & Liability Waiver

​By purchasing and using RiverMade Cedar Fire Pods, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

​Intended Use: RiverMade Fire Pods are intended solely for use as fire starters in controlled environments, such as outdoor fire pits, wood-burning stoves, and indoor fireplaces with proper ventilation.

​Food Safety: These products are not food-grade. Do not use them in BBQs, grills, or any appliance intended for cooking food.

​Supervision: Never leave a fire unattended. Keep fire starters out of reach of children and pets at all times.

​Safe Storage: Store pods in a cool, dry place away from open flames or high-heat sources.

​Assumption of Risk: The user assumes all responsibility for the safe operation of their fire. RiverMade Outdoor Play & Woodcraft (RiverMade Play) is not liable for any damage to property, personal injury, or loss resulting from the use, misuse, or storage of this product.
